Every number on this site traces back to an official source. Our rate database covers 338 Military Housing Areas and 40,959 ZIP codes, mapped from the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) tables — the same tables the military itself uses.
For 2027, the DoD hasn’t published final rates yet (they arrive each December). Until then, our projections apply the DoD’s official 4.2% figure from the FY2027 budget request — and we label every projection clearly so you always know what’s confirmed and what’s estimated.
